This weekend it was rainy, I was being lazy, then I got bored.

I decided to test out the food processing abilities of the Ninja by finally tackling the Cauliflower Crust Pizza recipe I had bookmarked.

Many of the commenters stated that the crust was soggy in the middle and was difficult to pick up and eat like actual pizza.  So, at the 7 minute mark of baking, I took my spatula and flipped the crust.  (Instead of baking the crust on one side for 15 minutes, I flipped it half way through so that it was cooked on both sides.) Result, my crust was crispy and delicious and not soggy at all.

This is something that I will definitely be making again.  By my calculations my go-to bread-crust pizza recipe equals 243 calories per slice, while the cauliflower crust pizza is only 185.  Definite win.
