I want to re-create these nails to go with my fabulously cheap but ultimately just fabulous party dress.  I have black nail polish and multi-colored tiny-glitter polish.   Question is, do you do one light coat of glitter starting in the middle of the nail, then do multiple coats on the tip….or what? Anyone…anyone…Bueller… Bueller?
